Spirit

Spirit was created in the tradition of the Biblical Heroes that are recorded throughout the pages of the Holy Bible. Heroes such as Abraham, Moses, Daniel, David, Samson and Jesus himself, who were all Divinely gifted by the Lord God and granted the abilities to accomplish specific tasks. Spirit is one such modern day version, Divinely gifted with powers beyond that of any other comic book hero created; as only God Himself could provide. Many would question if God would actually take the time to grant abilities to individuals in this day and age, or whether or not He ever granted abilities to anyone at all. But, consider this. How many times have miraculous events transpired in our lives and simply been written off as dumb or blind luck. Events such as; walking away unharmed from a totaled car, survival and full recovery of a fatal disease with no medical explanation, overcoming insurmountable odds, or even just being at the right place at the right time through apparent instinct. In truth, our modern existence is regularly endowed with Divine gifts and intervention that can only be explained through one means. The supreme being in the Universe, the one true GOD, provides help for his misguided, but beloved children. Spirit may be an extreme of the instance, but the message remains constant.
